Clients & Suppliers

This page manages your client and supplier directories. This data is used when creating RFQs (client selection) and during purchasing consultations (supplier selection).

WARNING

This page is restricted to administrators.

Clients

Add or edit a client

  1. Fill in the fields in the Client Information section (name, site, etc.)
  2. Click the Add / Edit button in the section to save

Add a contact

  1. Select a client and a site from the dropdowns
  2. Fill in the Contact section fields (name, email, phone, position, etc.)
  3. Click Add / Edit to save the contact

Import / Export Excel

  • Export: download the client list as an Excel file
  • Import: drag and drop a completed Excel file to add or update clients in bulk

Mandatory fields are flagged in red in the Excel file.

Suppliers

Add a supplier

  1. Fill in the fields in the Supplier Information section
  2. Click Validate to save

Edit a supplier

  1. Select the supplier from the list
  2. Modify the desired information
  3. Click Validate to save the changes

Import / Export Excel

  • Export: download the supplier list as an Excel file
  • Import: drag and drop a completed Excel file to add or update suppliers in bulk

Mandatory fields are flagged in red in the Excel file.

Important notes

Warning

Never modify the Excel file structure: do not delete columns, rename headers or add empty rows. Only the cells intended for data entry should be filled in. Any structural modification will make the import fail.
