RFQ Overview
The Overview page is the main dashboard for your request for quotation. It centralizes all key information: RFQ details, customer data, parts list, progress tracking and performance indicators.

- Have created an RFQ
Navigation
At the top of the page, four tabs provide access to the different sections of the RFQ:

Workflow timeline
The progress bar at the top displays the workflow stages and their dates:
RFQ Received → Kick-off → Engineering → Purchasing → Sales → Sent → Result
Each stage turns green as it is completed. The Result badge on the right shows the final status (Pending, Submitted, Won, Lost).
TIP
Use the Workflow Validation selector at the top right to manually validate a workflow stage.
RFQ details
This card displays the information entered when creating the RFQ:

| Response Date | Deadline to submit the offer to the customer |
| Customer Reference | Customer's RFQ or tender number |
| Interest Level | Rating from 1 to 4 stars |
| Sales Representative | Person in charge of the opportunity |
| Contract Duration | In years (1 = one-shot deal) |
The Edit RFQ button allows you to update this information at any time.
Customer
The customer card displays the contact details associated with the RFQ:
- Customer and Contact (company name and contact person)
- Email and Phone
- Location and Position of the contact
Consultation details
The table lists all parts in the RFQ with the following columns:

Project details
This section displays the overall RFQ status:

Progress
Two circular gauges indicate the completion percentage:
- Technical — Engineering phase progress (manufacturing steps filled in)
- Purchasing — Purchasing phase progress (material and subcontracting costs filled in)
Breakdown
A pie chart shows the distribution of parts by activity type:
- Purchasing
- Milling
- Turning
- Turning-Milling
- Assembly
TIP
This chart updates automatically as you fill in manufacturing steps in the Engineering tab.
Revenue
The bar chart displays the projected revenue for each contract quantity. This provides a quick view of how revenue scales with volume.
