First Login

Your administrator sent you an invitation email to join MPX Engine. Follow these steps to create your account and sign in.

Create Your Account

1. Open the invitation email received from your administrator
2. Enter your username and choose a password
3. Accept the Terms & Conditions
4. Click Submit

TIP

Use a professional email address. This will be your login identifier.

Sign In

1. Go to www.mpxengine.com
2. Click Sign in
3. Enter your email and password
4. A security code is sent to your email
5. Check your inbox, copy the code
6. Enter the code in the application and submit

WARNING

The security code has a limited validity period. If the code expires, click Resend code to receive a new one.

Complete Your Profile

On your first login, the Settings panel opens automatically. Fill in the editable fields of your profile:

Username	Yes	Your display name in the application
Position	Yes	Your job title / role
Language	Yes	Français or English
Photo / Image	Yes	Profile picture (optional)
Role	No	Set by the administrator (read-only)
Email	No	Address used at account creation (read-only)

Once the fields are filled in, click Update. You can then close the Settings window.

TIP

You can edit this information at any time by reopening Settings from your profile.

Forgot Password

1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email and follow the reset instructions
4. Choose a new password

FAQ

I didn't receive the invitation email? Check your spam folder. If the issue persists, ask your administrator to resend the invitation.

I'm not receiving the security code? Check your spam folder. The code is sent to the email address used to sign in.

I can't sign in despite a correct password? Your account may have been deactivated by the administrator. Contact them.
